Breakfast:
- 2 organic eggs, 1/2 a peach
- Chicken pad thai with my daddy :-)
- A bunch of red grapes and raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 serving Pot roast (about the size of your palm)
- 1/2 a baked potato, green bean/tomato/cucumber salad
- 1 slice cantaloupe
Give a man a kale salad, keep him healthy for a meal. Teach a man how to prepare kale in unlimited delicious ways...keep him healthy for life.
